With a few Bollywood movies running into issues with the edit board, producer Mahesh Bhatt says the creators have achieved a phase where they are pre-controlling substance to stay away from any inconvenience.
Prior this year, the Shahid Kapoor-Alia Bhatt starrer "Udta Punjab" bolted horns with the CBFC – a matter which was in the long run determined by the High Court requesting that the board affirm and not control.
