Deepika Padukone is NOT getting Rs 11 crore for Padmavati: Sanjay Leela Bhansali's rep

All reports of Deepika Padukone being paid around Rs 11 crore for Padmavati are totally false, movie producer Sanjay Leela Bhansali's representative has said.

"The reports encompassing the star cast compensation for Padmavati are totally false. The gossipy tidbits are outlandish and are being made a huge deal about," Bhansali's representative told a news office.

Bhansali's forthcoming period epic, Padmavati, likewise stars Ranveer Singh. This will be the on-screen character chief trio's third joint effort after Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela and Bajirao Mastani.
