The Central Board of Film Certification has cleared 31st October, a film in light of previous Prime Minister Indira Gandhi's death. It highlights Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Khemu.
Be that as it may, it took the board four months to clear the film with a few prescribed cuts.
As per its maker Harry Sachdeva, huge numbers of the scenes portraying savagery and slaughter must be altered. "I took nine noteworthy cuts. The blue pencils (CBFC powers) demanded that a portion of the scenes and exchange could actuate a specific group so it should have been conditioned down," he said in an announcement in Mumbai.
